HERAKLION TOWN HALL (LOGGIA)

Ceremony

Loggia is considered to be one of the most elegant architectural monuments of the Venetian period. It was built in 1626-1628 by Francesco Morosini who also built the famous fountain in the center of the city. Loggia was the official meeting place of sovereigns and nobility where they discussed economic, commercial, and political matters. Today it houses the Town Hall and is a reconstruction of the destroyed old mansion. The fee for weddings taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays is 100 Euros and 150 Euros for Wednesdays and Fridays.

Our Ballroom is our events gem, as it is the second largest and most magnificent of all our events venues. With immaculate pool views, our Ballroom is perfectly suitable for extravagant celebrations, being the ideal choice for wedding and baptism receptions, ceremonies, and glamorous professional events. Cosmopolitan and luxurious, it is adorned by Murano chandeliers, opulent carpets, and mirrored walls that capture the natural daylight in a way that conveys a sense of regal illumination and perennial upliftment, that will charm the attending participants in a modern setting made of dreams.

POOL DECK

Banquet

The pool area of Galaxy Hotel is the center of our city oasis, embraced by a luxurious, wooden pool deck with marble and stone detailing, amidst our gardens of lush greenery, colourful flowerbeds and the permeating aroma of pine trees and fresh herbs that encompass it. This is the setting of once in a lifetime celebrations. Birthdays, anniversaries, private events, receptions, even fashion shows can be arranged around our refreshing pool deck, with the crystal clear waters and their sapphire blue, glistening reflections further enhancing guests’ experience. The spectacular glass walkway over the pool is truly impressive, creating an additional awe factor for your special event. The natural confines of the deck area can accommodate exclusive events for as few as 20 people, however, opening the other aforementioned meeting rooms to meet the pool deck creates a very large, extremely elegant space for cocktail events for as many as 400 people.

Banquet

The Vetri cuisine is delighted to cater for your event with delectable flavours. Whether it is brunch, lunch or dinner, our restaurant can adapt to your requirements. With an unbeatable airy atmosphere adjacent to our refreshing pool, Vetri can accommodate banquet type dinners for up to 80 persons, while this can be expanded by opening the venue up to the pool area, creating a lovely ambience.

At Per Se, you can meet and greet your guests with a pre-reception cocktail or aperitif; the sophisticated, hip environment of our Per Se Lounge Bar & restaurant is ideal for inspiring a relaxed and casual attitude before or after your business meeting. Available for private dining and private parties as well, extending Per Se’s confines to its outdoor periphery creates an event space that can host 70-165 people, making Heraklion’s hotspot your personal event venue.
