You can organise your wedding banquet in one of the stunning event rooms at our sister hotel, the Caribe Club Princess. Indoor locations are not included with Royalty, Magical, Princess, Infinity, Just for two, Mayan Packages. Privatization/ Rental fee includes: 3 Hours of Service (set up & service fee), Dinner (buffet or plated), open bar service, white chiavari chairs, taffeta white lines and china setup. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This venue will provide you with the option of a formal style traditional wedding reception here in the Caribbean. If you are planning an A LA CARTE EVENT: Buffet meal requires a minimum guaranteed of 20 guests and plated meal requires a minimum guaranteed of 20 guests. Maximum capacity: Seated 200 guests | Suggestions: Round Tables of 8 guests | Ambiance lighting / Dance floor is mandatory. Available for the preferred; upon availability date with a rental fee.
