IMPORTANT NOTES:

GENERAL WEDDING CONDITIONS:

• - Confirmation of events is only granted upon the signed agreement between the hotel and wedding couple
• - One wedding per day is possible and not more
• - Time Slot For Wedding Ceremony (means the specific date, time that the wedding ceremony will take place at the Hotel): 5pm (flexible for client to choose exact time during the day). Upon confirmation of your booking, please contact the hotel reservations team in order to request your preferred time for the wedding ceremony
• - Non-Resident weddings are permitted for weddings up to 20 persons
• - Upon arrival at the hotel, a meeting to finalize your wedding event will be arranged between the Couple and the hotel’s management team. The Couple must attend.
• - Final guest numbers, menus and beverages must be confirmed at least 1 month prior to the Wedding Day
• - In case of any changes in the number of guests after this time, MAGMA RESORT SANTORINI reserves the right to agree a minimum number of guests to be charged for the reception and dining event at this time and no later than 24 hours before the day of the wedding
• - If guest numbers are increased, every effort will be made to accommodate this and the relevant charges will apply.

ACCOMMODATION:

• - Non-Resident weddings are permitted for weddings up to 20 persons
• - For a wedding event up to 20 persons, a minimum of 8 rooms is required
• - For a wedding event from 21 to 50 persons, a minimum of 15 rooms is required
• - For a wedding event from 51 to 90 persons, a minimum of 35 rooms is required
• - Complimentary use of the indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna and gym
• - Complimentary daily bus transfers to Fira and Yalos Beach Club, based on the daily hotel bus schedule, for individual guests and not as a group
• - Complimentary Wi-Fi Access throughout the resort

DEPOSIT POLICY:

• VENUE SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon confirmation of the Wedding Day, in order to secure your wedding venues in advance, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of € 1500 is required which will be deducted from the final settlement. Confirmation of wedding venue reservation is done after the deposit is paid and must be paid within one week of the final confirmation. Without paying the amount the Hotel as a venue is not secured. This amount will be deducted from the final settlement and is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of a cancellation. • - A non-refundable 20% deposit is required upon the signature of the contract
• - A non-refundable 20% deposit is required 120 days before the arrival of the group
• - A non-refundable 40% deposit is required 90 days before the arrival of the group
